Terms of Use

Important. The current application is a development and sandbox environment. Displayed balances, cards, exchange rates, transfers, bill payments and withdrawals may be simulated. NexoPay does not currently offer regulated real-money services.

1. Test access

You may use the pre-launch product only for authorised testing. Access may be suspended, reset or withdrawn at any time. Test data has no cash value and cannot be redeemed.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and security codes confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, test stolen payment credentials or use the product for fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.

4. Identity checks

Test access may require identity information. Submission does not guarantee approval or future eligibility. Production identity checks, limits and supported countries will depend on licensed partners and applicable law.

5. Payments and exchange rates

Current payment and foreign-exchange flows are demonstrations or sandbox tests unless explicitly stated otherwise. Quotes may expire or differ from future production pricing. No displayed test transaction creates an obligation to deliver funds.

6. Intellectual property

The NexoPay name, interface, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the test product.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis during development. Features may contain errors or change without notice. We may perform maintenance, remove test data or discontinue functionality.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pre-launch product is provided without warranties and must not be relied upon to hold, send or receive real money. We are not liable for decisions based on simulated balances, rates or transactions.

9. Future production terms

Before real-money launch, these terms will be replaced or supplemented with the legal entity name, licensing and partner disclosures, complaints process, safeguarding arrangements, fees, governing law and country-specific terms.
